    How fast is delivery?

    We offer next working day delivery on orders placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday.

    Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be dispatched, but delivery will be Monday the following week.

    Please note we do not offer weekend deliveries.

    What is your returns policy?

    You have 14 days to cancel your order and a further 14 days to return items, as long as they are unused, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.

    We are unable to accept returns on any opened pet food, natural treats or hygiene sensitive products unless they are faulty.

    If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will arrange a refund or replacement.
