Why don’t you offer delivery or click and collect on frozen items?

Frozen products can begin to defrost during transit, which can affect their quality and safety.

For this reason, we do not offer delivery on frozen items. We also don’t offer click and collect, as we don’t have the space to store frozen orders separately in store.

We recommend purchasing frozen products directly in store to ensure they stay in the best condition for your pet.

What is your returns policy?

You have 14 days to cancel your order and a further 14 days to return items, as long as they are unused, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.

We are unable to accept returns on any opened pet food, natural treats or hygiene sensitive products unless they are faulty.

If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will arrange a refund or replacement.
